Section for Employment Law
The section for employment law handles the processing of disciplinary cases and cases concerning dismissal.
All managers at SCIENCE can get guidance and feedback on employees' terms and conditions. If there is a need to initiate sanctions, the section for employment law assists with everything from meeting notice, participation in disciplinary procedures, preparation of minutes, completion of a consultation of parties involved and preparation of a written warning or dismissal.
In addition, the section for employment law act as legal support for SCIENCE HR within the entire employment law area from start to end of the employment. The employment law area within the State is regulated by many laws, regulations, circulars and collective agreements, which is why there are many rules to keep track of.
We do this in cooperation with the employees in the section for Administration and Recruitment and the Section for Cooperation and Development.
If you have any questions, you should first and foremost contact you HR-team.
