Section for Development and OHS

The section provides assistance to the Dean, the faculty director and the heads of department regarding pay negotiations in connection with the recruitments and the annual pay negotiations (pay statistics, negotiation strategy and process for the local pay negotiations), as well as the processing of all pay agreements, which requires approval by the Dean and the Rector.

We produce different types of business information, and in recent years we have been working hard to make HR data available to managers at the faculty. We provide assistance to the Dean, the faculty director and the heads of department in relation to recruitment of managers to the faculty; planning, job profile, job advertisements, secretarial assistance for appointment committees, profile analysis, etc.

The section for Development and OHS supports organisational HR initiatives at SCIENCE. We The OHS team take care of the systematic working environment work and provide advice on occupational health and safety. We support the faculty's Occupational Health and Safety Committee (FAMU) and work together with the occupational health and safety coordinators at the departments. We also provide advice and sparring to SCIENCE managers concerning their work with the psychological health and safety, and we provide project management in relation to the implementation of and follow-up on the psychological WPA.
