Section for Administration and Recruitment
Section for Administration and Recruitment oversees most of the HR Center's operational tasks. The Section focuses on high reliability in the tasks with both high quality and efficiency.
The section is responsible for the administrative and payroll-related handling of employments at SCIENCE. The task is initiated by the employment where the section draws up the contract and registers the employee in the payroll system. During the employment, the section will be involved if there are changes in terms of employment, for example, by changes in working time, changes in the place of work, changes in salary and an employee's maternity or parental leave. The task ends when the employee's employment and salary payments are terminated, and any potential holiday receivables are paid.
The section supports all kinds of recruitment processes i.e., faculty VIP, Department VIP, TAP, Department D-VIP, D-TAP and PhDs, both Danish and international. In addition, the section recruits trainees, apprentices, flexible jobs and other under the social chapter.
The section supports the entire recruitment and appointment process from receiving the approved recruitment request, planning and consultancy, job advertisement, the payment offer, pay negotiations, TR involvement to drawing up contracts and registration in the payroll system.
