Phase 2: Application for enrolment at PhD School

Steps | |
1 | The department initiates the enrolment procedure in PhD planner. The applicant, supervisor and other relevant staff will receive an e-mail soon after, with details on how to proceed. |
2 | The application is evaluated by the head of the PhD School and the head of the PhD study board |
3A | If the application is approved, the student will be enrolled as a PhD student at a given date |
3B | If the application is not approved, the department and the student receive a refusal |
