The annual PhD graduation ceremony at SCIENCE
On 19 September 2025, 15:00-17:00 at the Ceremonial Auditorium, Bülowsvej 17, 1870 Frederiksberg C.
The end-of-term of a PhD Programme at the University of Copenhagen calls for special attention. The Faculty would like to congratulate you on the title and to mark that a milestone has been reached. Therefore, we have the pleasure of inviting you and your fellow graduates to the annual PhD Graduation Ceremony at the Faculty of Science, University of Copenhagen.
The event is held for candidates who have obtained their PhD degree in the period June 1st 2024 – 31 May 2025. PhD supervisors and coordinators as well as the PhD Committee are also invited to the event.
You are welcome to bring up to three guests for the event. Kindly enter your name (and possible guests’ names) for the event in the registration form below no later than 25th August, 2025.
We look very much forward to welcoming you.
NB: The acoustics in the auditorium is excellent and therefore it is difficult to hear the speakers, while at the same time e.g. playing or crying children are present in the room. We have therefore ensured that an adjoining and easily accessible room is available for children. Children are welcome in the auditorium as long as they are quiet.
