The teacher plays a significant role in the renewal and quality enhancement of teaching, for example through the introduction of new teaching methods and technologies or by incorporating new research-based knowledge for the benefit of students.
The teacher shares experiences with colleagues and incorporates both collegial input and student feedback into the development of their own teaching practices.
The teacher promotes the relevance of teaching, for example by integrating practical experience and drawing inspiration from external stakeholders.
