Into the Light - Academic Friday Bar

Into the light - Graphic

150 years ago, women gained access to study at the University of Copenhagen – a landmark in the history of education and equality. Today, the university stands transformed. Yet within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), structural and cultural barriers still persist, limiting women's opportunities to pursue education and build careers.

To mark the 150th anniversary, Faculty of SCIENCE invites you to an Academic Friday Bar. Join us, when we celebrate the progress already achieved while inviting a reflective and critical exploration of the path ahead, showcasing research that integrates perspectives on gender, diversity, and inclusion.

Apart from insightful research, you can look forward to chilled drinks and stellar cake from La Glace!
